1.  Contact Jan Reed, worship assistant, at 512-478-9387 or office@uumc.org to check the date availability
2.  Print out and complete our wedding reservation form
3.  Submit both the form and your deposit payable to University United Methodist Church at 2409 Guadalupe Street, Austin, Texas, 78705.
