Austin Marathon
February 18th is the annual Austin Marathon. Since the route runs right down Guadalupe we will all need to plan a little additional time for travel.
As always, you can try using Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze. However, sometimes those applications don't work as well on these type of occasions. Below are a map and written directions to make it a bit easier.
Directions
To Platinum Parking or San Antonio Garage
Use Mopac or Lamar to get to 24th St.
If you’re on Mopac take the Windsor Exit
Travel down 24th St. towards Campus.
Make a left on San Antonio.
From there you'll be able to access either one of the parking lots across from the church and cross Guadalupe on foot.
To Church Lot
Please Note: While our normal parking around UT Campus is available, you cannot cross Guadalupe to access the Platinum Lot or San Antonio Garage if the church lot is full. Please help us reserve the Church Lot for our friends with mobility issues.
Make your way to I-35.
Northbound: Take MLK exit.
Southbound: Use the Upper Deck to take MLK St. exit.
Head west on MLK
Turn right on Trinity ( it then becomes San Jacinto) and take it through campus to Dean Keeton.
At Dean Keeton, make a left
Make a left on Whitis Ave.
Turn right onto 25th and the church parking lot will be on your left.
