Hi friends, Happy May! Summer is almost here and although I know that means you all are busy with camps, trips and all the things, join us when you can for all the great things we have planned! I want to highlight that we have a 5 week Sunday School class starting this Sunday–May 5th featuring Ray Williams and Melissa Wigginton. This brilliant pair will coach you through telling wonderful, descriptive and engaging bible stories. This is a safe place to learn new skills and make a new intergenerational friend. I’m thrilled that Ray and Melissa are up for teaching this class again and we look forward to seeing all of you there. I also want to point out that our last Spring Parent’s Night Out is this month–May 18th! Join me there for summer themed craft, stem, games and baking :) These have been the best place for our kiddos to have time with each other and build their own relationships. The more, the merrier! Finally, we are bringing back Parent Happy Hour. Natasha Ulack is hosting (please email me for her address) May 10th from 7 - 9 pm. There is no childcare provided but there will be drinks and light snacks. We welcome all mom’s, gays and theys! Thinking of each of you. Drop your kiddos off at the church with Jillian and childcare folks for fun, games, and pizza. Have the night to yourself or join other parents for your own fun and fellowship! RSVP HERE Storytelling Sunday School begins 5/5 @ 9:45 - 10:45 EVERYONE is welcome to join Ray Williams and Melissa Wigginton in the chapel every Sunday May 5-June 2nd. Tween Time 5/5 @ 4:30-8pm Drop your tween (4th and 5th grd) off at the church and join us for an Escape Room and dinner! Please email jillian@uumc if you’re interested in joining. Please bring lunch and we’ll head to Chad Jones’ house to eat, clean up the park down the road and then back for a swim! Pick up at the church!
