 | Austin Pride ParadeThe Pride Parade is THIS SATURDAY! Here’s what you need to know:
Parking:Paid Parking will be available at State Parking Garage A, you can enter this garage on Trinity between 14th and 15th streets. The meters in the area will be charging from 11 am - Midnight and there is a 3 hr maximum.
Arrival & GatheringThe parade will begin allowing marchers to join their float at 7:30 pm. The float will be staged along San Jacinto between 11th and 15th. Look for our float–it’s decorated with golden pipes! Please be sure to allow plenty of time to park and find our group as the parade starts PROMPTLY at 8 pm.
Parade RouteThe parade will go down Congress from 11th street to 1st street
RemindersWear good walking shoes and bring a water bottle (we will have a refill station on our float!) |

Online or In-PersonJoin us for worship as we begin a new sermon series inspired by Psalm 90 entitled “Teach us to Number Our Days.” Many activities fill our schedules and days to overflowing and a life of faith can assist us in being attentive and intentional about making choices that foster joy. On this first Sunday in the series Pastor Teresa will preach about the gift of pastimes and hobbies and following worship we will enjoy the (now annual!) UUMC talent show. |

UUMC Votes - Become a VDR! UUMC Votes wants to remind you that October 7 is the last day to register to vote in the November 5 General Election.
They also want to let you know that in September, we’ll help students register to vote on our 24th and Guadalupe corner. If you’re interested in participating, ensure you’ve got a valid certificate as a Volunteer Deputy Registrar, or VDR. If you need to get certified (or re-certified) it’s easy and all online!
