Contribution StatementsPlease check your mailbox as you should be receiving your UUMC giving statement from January – June as well as a calendar of events we have lined up for August and September. Please let our Director of Finance and Operations, Cindy Reeves, know if you didn't receive your statement or have any questions. As always, thank you so much for your generous gifts! |
Open Door: Books and Magazines WantedUUMC’s new Saturday morning library has been so popular that we are out of material. Do you have books or magazines to share with the unhoused neighbors who visit Open Door and Fig Leaf? Consider donating them! Our guests enjoy popular fiction, nonfiction, general-interest magazines, and religious publications, in English and Spanish. We also see demand for children’s books. Please refrain from offering textbooks, academic or professional journals, or anything you wouldn't consider reading yourself. Boxes of books and magazines may be left in the first-floor elevator lobby, near the bins for clothing donations. Thank you! |
